Gaudi - Connect to any DBMS and visualy manipulate it's layout and content Database Visual Editor, written in Java, that allows you to design, populate and change any database to which you have a JDBC 2.0 (or higher) driver.To represent the table's metadata it uses UML-like static diagrams (though, in fact, they are adapted from a model called INFOLOG, taught in portuguese schools in the late 80's as an alternative to Chen's, which tend to occupy too many space. This representation became outdated by UML, thought UML didn't seem apropriate for this project.Build around JDBC and XML, this tool allows you to maintain visual repesentations of a database's layout, edit table's data, generate code to bind objects to tables, and export and import data in XML format to easely move data from one database to another.Gaudi allows you to connect to any DBMS and visualy manipulate it's layout and content. So far, it's known to work with Oracle, DB2, PointBase, SQL Server, PostgresSQL, and Sybase.NOTE: Database reverse engeneering only works with PostgreSQL.
