DivisiList Description

DivisiList - Maintains customizable lists for the user and brings a very important feature to the table: partitioning. What is DivisiList? Formerly known as "NamePicker," no great effort is required to describe the program: it maintains customizable lists for the user. It does, however, bring a very important feature to the table: partitioning.Partitioning entails the division of the user's list into random groups. Either a particular number of groups or a particular size of group can be specified and, what's more, there's also a third option: subset partitioning, which simply draws a number of items from the user's list at random, as though out of a hat. A shuffle feature is included for the user's list, as well as a "Summary" text box that provides a detailed breakdown of the current entries and results.Although still under development, DivisiList is being released as a sort of "preview" version. It's full-featured, but it may have a bug or two, especially with regard to saving documents. These bugs are being worked on actively, and besides a couple that have proven rather sticky, they are being fixed at a rapid rate behind-the-scenes.The use of DivisiList is completely free of charge.
