Easily catalog your CD and DVD files DiscDB is a little program that will use a SQL database to catalog all files in your CDs or DVDs, making it easy to find a file without having to switch discs until you find it. DiscDB is very useful for people who save all their backups or downloads to removable media. Requirements: · MySQL What's New in This Release: · Added link counts feature to track unused directories · Optimize will also rebuild link counts and delete unused directories. · Specify title in command line(e.g. discdb add /mnt/cdrom -V "volume name") · Use volume name as title(done through script discdb.fromiso) · Directory search · will now skip /rr_moved dir if it exists · fixed time retrievalit was my fault ;-) Now it works perfectly. · fixed bug in delete procedureworks ok now. · "." entry is now indexed, to make linkcounts easier to keep and to make sure · empty directories are indexed.
