Cafio Description

Cafio is a Mac OS X application that allows you to convert your audio files (aiff, wav and m4a) into the Core Audio Format (*.caf). This format is popular amongst OS X and iOS apps or games.Cafio's GUI will help you make this process as simple as possible by using drag and drop. Just drag with your mouse the audio file you want to convert and drop it onto window. The drag and drop interface spins until the conversion is complete.Note that Cafio will not convert audio files with any source of file protection.Note: For some reason, uncompressed stereo aiff files don't convert to a mono caf file, when ima4 data format is used. You have to use an uncompressed mono aiff or convert/export it to a .wav before doing so. Looking into this.NOTE: To buy Cafio via the App Store, an Apple account is required.
