Light, fast and simple theme for your GNOME desktop Cool Suite is a suite of GTK themes that offers a clean and light themes that was simple and elegant.This theme includes a nice, compact Metacity theme designed to get rid of those ugly padded borders usually seen in most Metacity themes. (I'd like to give a shout out to the author of the X-Colors Lite Metacity and Clearlooks Compact Metacity themes)On the colors and design: Highlighting text and selected items rarely get any love from themers (AFAIK), so I set out to see what would happen if I tried to make it look a little nicer. This is it.Each color has been carefully chosen to make the theme look great in light and dark conditions, on all widgets, and on selected items and text.This theme is speedy. Try it out and leave me a comment/favorite/etc. I thrive on feedback so let me know if you want new colorschemes, designs, or anything else.How to install?· Right click on your desktop and select Change Desktop Background· Click on the first tab: Theme· Drag and drop the theme's archive in the Appearance Preferences window.· If everything is OK, you will receive a confirmation message and you can activate the theme just by clicking on it.About GNOME:GNOME is an international effort to build a complete desktop environment—the graphical user interface which sits on top of a computer operating system—entirely from free software.
