PickupLine Description

PickupLine is a network exploration tool that is capable of bypassing authentication on authenticated wireless networks. PickupLine is a network exploration tool that, among other things, is capable of bypassing authentication on authenticated wireless networks.COMMANDS:startNormally you start out with the command "start". You need to make sure the defined interface (eth1 default) exists, or bad stuff will happen. This starts three threads, a tcp one, a udp one, and an arp one. They all gather data on the network that will be printed out when discovered.listThis command lists all of the targets you have gathered so far. You need to know the numbers of the targets in the list to spoof.spoofSpoof actually does all the dirty work. The number you type in corresponds to the number in the list when you use the list command. You can spoof even if you dont know the netmask, and it will just guess whatever your default ifconfig wants it to be.dhcpThis calls the "pump" command. You will get alot of information by using this command, but it is noisy, and even though it is a regular dhcp thingy, it is detectable. If these noisy commands arent issued, its possible to spoof yourself onto the network totally silently.Requirements:· libraries for pcap and pthreads· pumpINSTALLATION:tar jxvf pul-VERSION.tar.bz2cd pulmakemake installWhat's New in This Release:· fixed placement of "guessing netmask" statement· fixed some udp capture issues· fixed embarrassing eth1 bug.· fixed DHCP issue· added thread for UDP to capture DHCP requests
