Gimp User Filter is a plugin for The Gimp that will allow you to use Photoshop's filters created with Filter Factory (.txt, .ffl, .afs).This plug-in will enable you to use filters generated with Photoshop Filter Factory. These filters come in various file formats: text (.txt, .ffl, .afs) and binary (.8bf). There is a catch, however, in the fact that not all .8bf files are Filter Factory filters and thus are not understood by this plug-in. You can also write your own Filter Factory style filters with this plug-in and share them with users of the original Filter Factory.Requirements:· The GIMPWhat's New in This Release:· This is a development release of the User Filter plugin for The Gimp.· It fixes minor bugs (default values for map tooltips, comma operators working inside parenthesis, errors in code generated by uf2c) and adds new features (filter control stepping, different modes for off-image source pixel handling) while still retaining code-level compatibility with filters for Filter Factory/Filter Foundry.· It includes some enhancements of the byte-code optimizer.
